How to make Keema Pizza

To make a delicious Keema Pizza, which combines flavorful minced meat (keema) with pizza toppings, follow these steps:

Ingredients:

For the Keema (Minced Meat):

  • Minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Green chilies, finely chopped
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Red chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

For the Pizza:

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Sliced onions
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Keema (Minced Meat):

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the minced meat (keema) to the pan and mix thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  7. Cook the keema until the meat is fully cooked and the flavors are well blended. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Prepare the Pizza:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza tray or baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of pizza sauce or tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Spread the prepared Keema mixture over the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly distributed across the pizza.
  6. Scatter sliced bell peppers and onions over the Keema layer.
  7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza.

3. Baking:

  1. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza for added flavor.
  2. Place the pizza in the preheated oven.
  3. Bake according to the dough instructions or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Serving:

  1. Once baked, remove the Keema Pizza from the oven.
  2. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves over the hot pizza for garnish.
  3. Slice the pizza and serve hot.
