Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch mixture, sugar, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
